I love everything about Strong Republic. The trainer/ coaches are all amazing at what they do and great human beings. They know how to customize workouts if needed based on individual’s needs. Every member I’ve met and taken classes with are great people. Supportive of one another and a lot of fun. Thank you to the team and members. Strong Republic has changed my life in less that a year. Great semi personal training gym. Everyone is friendly, the instructors are great.
This is a great little gym. It is designed for small-group training, hourlong classes, with no more than six people working out at a time. Focus on weight training and balance. You can go as heavy or as light as you want and the trainers, all of whom are excellent, will suggest modifications for those who can’t do the exercise as prescribed. Easy to schedule. Easy to go on hiatus. Very pleased with my decision to work out here.
Been a member 2 months. It was easy to enroll and they are flexible about placing membership on hiatus for parttime residents. Facility and equipment great. Best part is the trainers who care about their clients and take the time to assist each person in the semi-private training sessions. I am most impressed!.
