If we could rate less than 1, we would.....Do not deal with this company...He will not do a proper home inspection...He is not a home inspector...When we complained to him that he did not inspect the heating and ac, he told us to have the home inspected by a real inspector...Then would not refund the \$200 we gave him...What a #\$%\$!.....What the heck did I pay him for?.....Stay away!
This guy is a rip off artist....Stay away from him!...He is unqualified to inspect your home....Costed us \$1750 to repair our AC after he inspected it and told us it was working fine...Then told us we were not prudent and should have walked away after telling us the home was in good condition in front of the realtor....Bad man!...Find another home inspectors....There are good ones out there; but not this guy.
