This was the second time using Neil as our home inspector. He was at the house well before the appointment both times. He came prepared with many tools to do a great job. We received a detailed report with pictures by the next day. Neil was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough.
Terrible service, the inspector does not appear to know what he is doing. No cost estimate to the problem fixed identified in the inspection. This is a huge issue for a potential home buyer. Does not return calls after he got you money.
Arrived before scheduled appointment and was well prepared with many tools to support inspection. Very courteous in explanations that were also provided in a great report. We will be contacting for our next inspection and have already referred to others.
Very good home inspector, we used him twice with good results both times. Neil took many pictures of potential safety issues and was very informative, he took the time to explain the issues with the homes along with providing proper ways to fix problems. I would definitely recommend him to friends, our realtor was so impressed that he now recommends Neil to other clients.
