Nadeege she was very rood to me we have nurse she supposed to come for my mom’s antibiotics she stop coming because she said she been calling my phone i never pick up the phone wich is not true my phone is always on and this nurse she never call me,,,, when she just started first day for the antibiotics she ask me favor that she doesn’t like phone call she said just give me text and I did text her too many times she never answer and i have proof of that the agency supposed to call the patient and figure out what s going on t... read more

We had a great experience with this company's physical and occupational therapists after my brother had an extended hospital stay. They were both knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Solutions are not once size fits all in a situation like this and they both came up with great solutions to his unique problems. Huge thank you's to Physical Therapist Stacy and Occupational Therapist Nikita. We are very grateful to you.

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL a wound care nurse was suppose to come out to tend to my husband, he never came. when i called the company they gave me his number, he said he was on his way but never showed up. the next day same thing. no one came. by this time his wounds needed immediate attention. once again i contacted the agency, they sent someone over. when she came she claimed she didn’t have any supplies to tend to his wounds, picked up her belongings and left. i ended up going to a pharmacy to get everything that was needed... read more
