Excellent service and support. Pet friendly and very happy here for the last 3 years. I had a pipe leak and they had it repaired it immediately.
On Tuesday my gas heater seemed to just die. It was running great for the 9 years I've lived here. It was 10:30am so I called Phil who owns my place. He said he would be over in a few hours and sure enough he was here around 12 noon. As usual he knew what was wrong, went to a store, came back in 45 minutes replaced the part and my heater was running again. This is the type of great service I've had for the 9 years I have lived here I would highly recommend renting from Phil and Strong Heart Properties. Paul.
We are fair and responsible property managers. Your claims are false and unfounded. Follow the guidelines in the contract: pay your rent, give proper notice and leave it in the same condition you received it.
This company is overly priced for the properties that are offered, the appliances always break because they purchase the cheapest things. You will be charged an outrageous amount of labor hours for cleaning, you will be charged a lot of money for removing a bad battery from a chirping smoke alarm, and you will be charged for damage that was already done to the property. Oh and if you pay them extra towards last months rent they will keep it in there pocket and not put it towards your actual last months rent They are theifs
