Dr. Kreipe treated our daughter whose weight had dropped to 68 pounds and she had a feeding tube. She spent 6 weeks at Golisano hospital under Dr. Kreipe's care. When she was discharged, her feeding tube was removed and she returned to a normal, healthy, young woman. I would like to add that my daughter has developmental disabilities and she was the first child with disabilities he had treated. God Bless him. He is a miracle worker. So very nice, very kind and extremely professional!

Was not impressed by the way Jessica Scott handled my,daughters visit and the tone she spoke to me with. And then refused to speak with me when I called back.very unproffessional..

This MD was turned away by two other states before getting a license. He is so ill he has been known too fall and does not even have the decency too role model good behavior and utilize adaptive equipment. He tends too be rude and condescending and the office /practice is so poor you can not transfer too the only other MD in the office.

Rochester Pathology is the only company I know of who does not accept bill payment by credit or debit card online or off line. I'm in my 60s and even I know that a company who does not make use of technology to enhance it's business and the convenience of it's customers, is behind the times. It makes me wonder about the proficiency and accuracy of their work.

Call ahead to see if they are open. You can find on line hours M - F of 8 to 5; 10 to 9, and Noon till 8pm. When you get there the hours on the sign say 10 to 5. The sign directs you to the Spencerport branch, which will also be closed. Their on line hours indicate they are open 10 to 5. If they are actually open when you get there you will find this to be a wonderful facility and staff.They have been closed 3 out of the 5 times I've needed them .

I had a wonderful experience Sunday morning when I was sick with bronchitis, this was my first trip to Spencerport Urgent Care and I found that, not only were the people delightful, they did a great job from giving me a breathing treatment and an xray right down to diagnosing me and giving me a prescription which I needed. I was so glad I went instead of waiting until Monday and hoping I could get in to see my doctor.

Dr Babak is outstanding! He's treating my mother (E.S.) for a blocked artery (95%-98%; R neck) & he asked that a family member accompany mom for the appointment that would review her MRI results & needed surgery. Dr. J. immediately made you feel welcome / comfortable. He not only went into detail (verbally) about the issue but he took the time to find the MRI scans and showed us pictures of the blockage. The office is outdated and the front desk staff is very unprofessional. I've never experienced such non-chalant customer service ever...especially in what's supposed to be a "professional" setting. I could probably deal with the outdated office, but the unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially with so many other offices to choose from.
