No contract is required, just a 30-day notice. The training sessions are excellent, and the coaches are fantastic. They tailor the workouts to address individual weaknesses and really motivate you to find the strength to finish. The only area for improvement is the nutrition appointment; I wasn't aware I was entitled to one until my 3rd or 4th week there.
I tried other CrossFits in the area and this one was my first choice. The coaches, the group and the facility are all fantastic. The coaches pushes you to your limits which is what I wanted and was looking for. As for results, I saw the difference in my body within a month! Thank you strong body!
