Their rent to own program is easy to get into and on the road to owning your own home. There were some issues when they were outsourcing maintenance and who collected the payment. Once they brought that in-house it was a whole different experience. Once they started handling everything for their properties, if I ever had any issues or question I would get a reply the very same day about my concern.
If you pay your rent on time, don’t indulge in gossip with the property management, expect repairs in a timely fashion, require sufficient communication especially when you initiate or all-in-all don’t want to be played with or screwed over this is not the place for you... This is my current headache...
This is a great opportunity to build your credit, and by a home for the cost of rent.
The property I looked at was lovely but there is no one to answer my calls or emails after I applied and now the home is posted again for rent. It would be nice if you guys can call people and let them know that they are not approved especially since we pay 20 bucks for an application fee.
