Never get on their radar. There is NO mobility towards success for an academic once ensnared. Due to the sheer number of people in their system, I am not even sure they have proper protocol from doctoring of reports or abuse of doctoring of reports. I have been a patient at the Flaum Eye Institute for 15 years, Eastman Dental, Neulogy Dept., Gastoenenterogical Dept. Behavioral Health outpatient, and CPaP. All provide excellent care and the staff is compassionate and professional. However I was a patient in-house Psych Dept. twice. Both were nightmares. I was there for medication adjustments. My doctor referred my here. They took my shoes away because they thought "I might take off the laces and hang myself" . Wouldn't I have done that instead of going there for help? They made me feel like a criminal. No wonder people hesitate to seek help.

Rated a 1 because of the Billing and Coding Departments. Billing had been consistent the prior 2 years, then they started billing a code that isn't the one in the past, or the one marked from the therapist, or the code for the exact service provided, or the code my insurance pays for. What else can be done to resolve this problem? I have since discontinued my therapy as I can not take the stress of this every month.

I *voluntarily* went to the Strong Behavioral Health Center on a doctor's referral, of my own volition. Instead of receiving treatment, I was put in a waiting room for 24 hours. All requests for information about my care were refused. All of my requests to LEAVE were refused. The majority of nurses have zero interest in speaking with patients.
