My car was not fully checked out. When I drove away there were parts laying loose in the back. They slide and fell all over the back of the car. It took me over an hour to find all the parts. They lied and said they ordered the part for the car. When I brought it in to be repaired they didn’t even know which one they had to order. They ruined my screen display trying to fix problem. Stay away from these thieves, my 18 yr old daughter was told to put down. 500.00 deposit on a car to hold for her to look at. We asked and was assured that if the car was not what they said it was we would be refunded. They forgot to say the car was full of scratches the inside was bubbling up by the gearshift and the door to get a big part out would have to be sanded down and repainted. RecommendedWe had a great experience with Big Al! We have purchased other vehicles from Strong and always have had good negations and quality vehicles. Big Al had the vehicles we talked about ready to go and was very respectful and kind. We couldn’t beat the prices and service was top notch!
they lied and misrepresented a car they had for sale. stated it was pristine..sure. trouble lights lit, scuffs in leather, body issues with paint and heavely smoked in after declaring it was a non smoker car. Being out of state, they pressured to pay a deposit to hold knowing we would not take this substandard auto but planned on keeping the deposit. dont deal with them.
My husband got pre approved Wednesday with a $1,000 down payment on a 2013 Ford Explorer, he scheduled an appointment for Saturday(today) at 1 o’clock to go look at it, test drive it, and get it. Dishonest. No moral, or business ethics. They are totally money driven and care nothing about people. They have an unethical business angle people need to be aware of. We are from out of state. The salesman, Jackie Allen, completely misrepresented the vehicle. We specifically asked if there was any damage to the interior, or exterior that we could not see in the photos. strong auto is a bunch a crooks they sold my girl 3 cars in the last 3 months she has gave them 40,000 dollars and all the cars have been in the shop and she had to pay out of her own pocket would not even recharge the a.c. for her without changing her
my husband and I were looking for a bigger car to accommodate our family. since we planned on our family growing, a Kia Sedona was in our future. we had looked locally and had a terrible experience with a local dealership. HOWEVER we made a 2 hour trip to Strong Auto to look at a Sedona they had. it was perfect. had everything I wanted. the wheels were not in great shape though.
