Owner told me my post construction clean up of my house would take 5 about hours it did. The 3 man crew did a great job. They honored an expired 10 percent coupon. On time polite good service.

Excellent workmanship . The team made sure to disinfect all necessary surfaces and cooperated about non toxic cleaning chemicals on the eating surfaces.The floor sparkled. They even were able to paint our living room area with low VOC paint so the elderly resident would not be affected by it.

I have used Strong Arm several times and every time I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive. Most recently I had the entire first floor of my house done for my husbands 50th birthday party, which had 75 guests. The three men who came were extremely polite and professional, and did an impeccable job. Some of my guests even commented on how immaculate the house looked. Needed my house done last minute for impromptu party, 3 man crew arrived for a 3 hour clean, they stayed an extra 20 minutes, which I did not get charged for. I told owner, my husband is sensitive to harsh chemical smells, so he provided unscented cleaning supplies for no extra charge. I had him do my mother's apartment, and she can't wait to see them every other week. They are polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

After speaking with the owner who refused to accept a check and insulted me for asking to pay by check-cash inly business..i believe he is not properly paying his employees or the government. Shady!
