Completely satisfied with our services from Strong Arm, Marcus was our technician who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Took his time, and gave pointers on what the issue we was having. All around great service, Marcus went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend Strong Arm to anyone!!
From the people answering the phones to the technicians they are all amazing and understanding. They 100% strive to fix your problem, even if you own a GE washer that is a piece of crap, they have almost replaced everything on it and I've only had it 2yrs. I do not recommend GE washers AT ALL but I most certainly recommend STRONG ARM!! A huge thank you too you all!!!

They showed up as they promised, tech was fine. Charged $150 for 30 minutes of labor, in addition to the price of the part, and the dryer still didn’t work properly! I had to call them back out the next day, after I’d diagnosed the problem for him. The problem? He’d been in a hurry and failed to connect the sensor👎. I wish I’d called the other option.
The most quality folks I could expect to meet. Truly, these folks are good people
If they do business with others the way they did me . I don’t know how you stay in business . All it would have taken was someone putting the right part in the first time but no 3 service calls and I never got my refrigerator fixed .
