The management is horrible, they disappointed me a lot..... I called their office, texted him a picture and the house address, explained to him that a gutter corner issue (90 degree, 1'X1'), we made a deal to repair it (replace the piece) for $100 by the next Monday but nothing happened, I called/left voicemail on his office and his cellphone plus texting on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, no replayed me at all, then on Friday I have to call Drain Rite seamless gutter, they went and fix it in less than 2 hours.
