Since 2009 I discovered this facility back when I was browsing online and came across there website and did some more investigating and realized it was close by and I discovered what the business was and now I was finally able to visit the facility. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable I was nervous to go in at first but after I entered there was nothing to fear. Carri handled my replacement amazingly! Im an incontinent little and need diapers to hold and last for hours. I had trouble with velcro tapes, and she happily replaced them for me! She also included a potty training certificate to keep me padded 24/7 in the box. Im definitely coming back here for my monthly orders!
