Very impressed with the service. I called to order my city select double stroller (august 2014) and Ryan was very helpful in explaining the differences between the 2013 & 2014 models so I could make a better decision for my family (went with the 2014!) He also was helpful in recommending a different brand (Britax) parent console that is more user friendly and was actually $5 cheaper than the Baby Jogger version.
