at first i thought they were good honest people, but over time i found out exactly how they are. all i am going to say is if a business claims to be professional and honest, you might want to make sure you get what your paying for, this especially means parts. very disappointed when i found out some things. Integrity is the most important part of any business and when you lose that you've lost it all. always know that what you do to others to cheat them will come back on you.
Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and forth coming with information. Had answers to all my questions. Took my truck in on Monday. Was promised to have it back on Wednesday. Got a phone call at 8:10 am on Wednesday that my truck was ready! Service was excellent. Will continue to use them for all my power stroke needs and will recommend them to others as well.
Went in to do a bulletproof for the 6.0, straight pipes exhaust, and one of their custom tunes. Paid a little more but was well worth it. After they finished I had problems cranking. Took it back they went through hell and back to get it working in better condition. Not one time did I ever call and they weren't working on it. 2 hour round trip was worth it for the service I got. Now to plan some more upgrades.
