"Trying to reach this department is a nightmare. Either the phone goes unanswered, or the operator speaks incessantly without letting you get a word in. Despite being patient and listening to them, they show zero interest in what the caller has to say, making effective communication impossible. I wonder why this clinic is always using the AI voice without using a human voice. I absolutely cannot stand this.

This is the worst clinic ever. No one ever answers the phone. tell you to call back to confirm the appointment with the same number you called and they never answer. what’s the point? The receptionist was very rude when she answered the phone. sad thing about it is you guys never do anything about the complaints
