Amazing doctor, but impossible to reach the office. Someone called and left a message to contact back to book appointment, but no phone number.
"Trying to reach this department is a nightmare. Either the phone goes unanswered, or the operator speaks incessantly without letting you get a word in. Despite being patient and listening to them, they show zero interest in what the caller has to say, making effective communication impossible. If the hospital employs such staff to handle calls, it feels like a deliberate attempt to turn patients away. The service is incredibly poor and the attitude is the worst I have ever encountered."
