Mrs. Mary is really the only quality customer service you'll experience here. My husband and I came on our off day, when Mrs. Mary wasn't there. The older lady who met us in the middle of the store acted disinterested in helping us. We explained our obstacles in getting the couch we wanted and she knodded her head towards a smaller couch, stating we could buy that one off the floor instead. My wife and I came by for the first time on Saturday afternoon. Seemed like a nice place after being there for twenty minutes, but never was greeted nor acknowledged by any employee. We took our business and bought a complete living room suite elsewhere.
