I recently purchased some pillar mounts and unfortunately received the incorrect ones. Normally don't leave reviews but I've tried contacting them through the chat on their website and calling, no responses.. Their phones don't work, they make you press a number for options but they lead no where. Was trying to buy some stuff but it's been two weeks trying to get ahold of someone. You'd think they'd be wondering why no ones been calling them for a week if their published phone numbers aren't working.
Amazing place!!! Always have everything in stock that I need. Great customer service and they always help out anytime you have to call them for assistance. Special shoutout to Jocelyne in the office!!!! She really went out of her way to assist me with my order. Thanks again to Strobes ‘N More for being AMAZING!!!
