Horrible landlord. Racism is clear. My family and I are colored, and we were left without heat or water with zero-to-no priority on the landlord, Tina's mind. Shortly afterward, was a failed attempt at exterminating bugs that had been swarming within the walls for years. My family and I were then blamed for a lingering odor left within the walls of the apartment that had been there prior to our residency. Neighbors are inconsiderate and there are very audible instances of domestic abuse heard from the walls.
The manager for these apartments, Tina Peters, is very unprofessional. If youre a person of color I wouldnt bother. They will treat you poorly. I am a tenant with these apartments. I never pay rent late and I'm the quietest tenant in the building. Im also the only person pf color in the building and they are not giving me the opportunity to renew the lease after only living here for almost 6 months.
