Stark Fitness got me out of my rut - physically and mentally. I feel different and look different. While the whole Stark team played a part in getting me to this point, Simon deserves the greatest credit. His patience, advice and encouragement are tops!

Stärk Fitness help me to improve my overall health. Coach Liam is very patient and gentle. He genuinely love people and extends himself to care his clients. We had language and cultural barriers.
