Mediocre Food This is a good place to get some semi-Italian food. Most of the dishes that are served are really not Italian, they use very American ingredients. The dish that I usually get is either the Hamburger, which I don't even think is Italian and the lasagne. I have had there spaghetti and meatballs and Italian sausage fettucini a few times, but each time the noodles were too overcooked. The Brownie sundae is great after a very heavy meal. It is a huge portion and can be shared with a number of people!! There are bett... read more

Not so great Italian My experience with Strizzi's was very disappointing. The place seemed pretty nice and I was hungry for some good pasta. My wife ordered a pasta bolognese and I ordered a puttanesca and we were both surprised to get pastas submerged in white cream sauce. Perhaps I am too inexperienced, having only had these dishes in tomato sauces, but even if these were adventurous new recipes they were done poorly - it tasted as if someone in the back had opened a can of Campbell's cream of bolognese soup.
