Tom has changed. Year ago he'd get 5 gold stars. He talks at you (not with or to you) in an arrogant, judgmental way and avoids eye contact. He ignores or invalidates information I share. We have been patient with your nonsense and are no longer your patient, nor value Tom's medical advice.
