Currently a tenant in one of their office buildings. My point of contact is Eric Markowitz. They're great before you sign the lease, but as soon as you sign they try to cheat and overcharge you at any chance they get. I'm anticipating taking legal action against them at some point.
I had a great experience living in their building. Always responsive and helpful with any issue.
Kept sending me bills after the lease had expired and threatened legal action if the balance was not settled.
Inconsiderate, tardy, lackluster, greedy, lazy, pitiful, these are the words to describe my observation of this company thus far.
Incredibly unresponsive team. Refusal to return security deposit, in breach of NYC renters law.
