The most unpleasant and worst experience out of any management group I have ever interacted with. Took 3 weeks of daily phone calls and emails to receive a response. I still am equipped with no working payment portal and am stuck without any coverage for my recent apartment rental. All phone calls are directed to Tenant Concierge -- without any direct connectivity and responsiveness to this management group. Very disappointing
Andrei Zaharia will ignore you once you disclose having a housing voucher.
Moving in NY is always stressful but this guy Andrei Zaharia, the knowledge of the local market and excellent communication skills, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He were always responsive to my questions and concerns.
I've had a really positive experience with Strivers Management Group so far. The property manager of my building has been consistently responsive, and I also want to mention how helpful the leasing agent was during the process. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure everything was clear, and were easy to communicate with.
