The broker named Andrei does not accept anyone using a voucher. When I informed that I had a voucher, he said he would call me back. Then he blocked my number. Has anyone else had this experience? I don't think it's legal.

The broker Andrei Zaharia will turn you away or stop responding to you the moment he finds out you have a voucher or are part of any kind of program. He will lie and say the apartment is rented or stop responding to your enquiry the moment he finds out. I have filed a complaint with REBNY. I was advised that anyone who has experienced this sort of treatment from this broker should report him to REBNY or the department of state.
Stay away from this company. They rip off their vendors they rip off their customers. They have no respect for anybody or anything. They will rip you off as soon as they can. We are in the process of suing them for nonpayment of service is rented and they kind of think it’s a joke. Their management skills are the worst. They are disrespectful, dishonest, courteous, unprofessional. Stay away from this company. There are many management companies out there. This one you want to stay away from this is great advice.
