I started here last April doing the 6AM "basic training" course with Jess MWF, mostly because i had hit prime dad-bod at 40 and my seasonal attempts to bike to work or go to vasa just never seemed enough. I talked to Jess and he challenged me to join this group of just a few other people, who have really pushed me to get into shape. I could go on about all the cliche ways my body and life have improved and how i'm in the best shape since high school, but it's true, and i owe a great deal to Strive and Jess.
Strive has been a godsend in the time of Coronavirus. Jess and his trainers are committed to providing completely customizable and individualized group and personal training sessions to meet a wide variety of athletic ability and physical goals. Jess goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are feeling confident and practicing safe form.
