We worked with TJ on purchasing our first home and he was really knowledgeable. He helped walk us through everything and had great connections for the lender and inspection. We have bought and sold a few homes and TJ is absolutely the best realtor we have ever worked with! I feel the biggest asset that sets him apart from others is his communication skills. Each week, TJ would send us an email of what to expect that week. In the email, TJ would let us know when to get insurance, days and times for inspections, where the loan process was and updates from his end.
