I've done PT quite a few times in my life & have always felt it a waste of time. I was dreading having to start PT barely 2 weeks post-op from hip surgery. I started with a hip immobilizer & crutches, but by the time I "graduated" from Strive, I was walking out feeling fully recovered! My hip is stronger and more stable than it's been in years, which is shocking considering I was just on crutches not too long ago. constant pain, I didn't have much hope for a decent quality of life. Then I met Janniqua and Charles. Thank God Janniqua is still there. I don't know what I would do without her. Charles was sent away from us and now Janniqua is the only person there that I know cares about my success, healing, pain, and recovery. She is the only reason I continue to go there.
