I went ahead and added the picture to this post, because this is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a mental health facility. Telling a patient that they're a "one star person" is absolutely disgusting. I've been going to your practice for years. I have seen 5 different psychiatrists, always without my knowledge. This one quit, this one was fired, this one disintegrated, this one experienced the rings of Hell. Who knows? And it's starting all over again. Worst place for therapy or any kind of psych treatment. Depressed? “Here’s spirvato, also I’m gonna talk about your most sensitive areas in an area where everyone can hear it” HIPPAA VIOLATING OFFICE. I don’t believe a thing they respond with. Office is ran by people who have no idea about business or professionalism, and a fake service dog who’s aggressive.

Just got off the phone with a very disrespectful receptionist. These receptionist are not trained to talk to people with mental health issues. All I was trying to call about was genetic testing results for a test I had done 3 weeks ago and was originally told i would have the results within two weeks. While on the phone this arrogant receptionist she rudely interrupted me and said I’m putting you on hold in a frustrated tone. Strive was the 2nd place I tried for help with my new anxieties...was surprised in the time and professionalism from everyone.. Dr. Diane is my favorite ..she listens and really help to figure things out to make it better.. I don't have insurance and the $$ are reasonable.. especially since getting great care....thank you strive...
