Pharmacy is extremely slow. It’s been 5 days since order was placed. Called and talked to Shanika and was basically told they’re busy. But she would try to get it processed soon. Not sure what deal Strive cut with my Dr. office. But never had a problem with Columbine in Loveland. Avoid using strive if possible!
I agree with many of the previous reviews regarding communications. Very bad. My beef would be that I requested they set up my PCP so that he could provide the Rx needed to order meds. But they wanted my doctor to pay for the meds and then collect from me. Who does that?? Not a trustworthy pharmacy in my opinion.
They take forever to process your prescription ( mine took 10 days) and even longer to make the medication ( 5-7 days) They do not have enough staff to even answer the phone. If you need your prescription sooner than 20 days I do not recommend going there!
I needed to transfer my prescription from a. location in VA. When I called this location they told me it would take a few days and I would need to wait until they contact me. Well, that never happened. And I never recieved my refill while I was in Colorado. I ended up calling and asking to transfer to a different location.
Great staff, knowledgeable and very friendly.
