I love Strive fitness, it has helped me build muscle, lose weight and reduce body fat at a fast pace. I would have never gotten these results with a regular gym. Matt is so helpful with all the workouts and all the other trainers as well. I love coming here, it’s so motivating, love the community, and I can get a great workout in fast with my fast pace schedule with work and my daughter.

Great service from the minute you walk in, Matt is very attentive and helpful. He’s always making sure everyone has good form while pushing you past your comfort zone.
