This place is a rip off. Had a toilet water supply line that was leaking and I couldn't change myself so i called a plumber. Had an 8am to 10am appointment and the guy didn't show up until 3pm. I couldn't be there in person at 3pm to meet the guy so i had someone else to meet with him. Come to find out the water supply line did not need replacing and charged me $115 to replace a missing washer from a toilet. Waiting for installation of coil unit. Omar is good . Did a good job detecting leak quickly.
We requested for a technician to repair a leaky toilet and sink, today between 12-2. Left work to come home for an extended lunch and the technician never showed. No one called to say they'd be late. I reached out to customer service at 1:45 to see what was happening and my call was answered by AI. I didn't get a call back from a human until 2:15, telling me the technician could be on his way. I told them to forget it. Very disappointing.
Exceptional experience with David at Frymire. Our water heater gave out on July 4th weekend & he was able to come out, drain & secure the unit while we waited a day to get the new water heater installed. He provided us with detailed options & walked us through the work that needed to be done. We highly recommend Frymire to service any plumbing need & if you can request David Patchell - you won’t be disappointed!
