We had a tankless water heater that stopped working with 5 people in the house and no hot water including a severely disabled son. Technician did not introduce himself, was not prepared to conduct any repairs, and pointed out a leaking line but did nothing about it. Jamal did a wonderful job! My air conditioner wasn’t cooling. He found the problem and fixed it. I forgot to reset the thermostat so it was 66 degrees this morning. Great job!
