Edit*** After this review i received quick resolution. I am bumping it up to a 3 star because it shouldn't take a negative review to get an issue resolved. I have used Strittmatter for 12 years and always had great service until now. We called them out for a blocked main line that turned into a full sewer line replacement. Update: It has been a week and there has been no contact from this company. A review for the work done at my parents house: The work itself was mostly fine but they promised them a refund because failure to properly clear the lines after the repair resulted in the washing machine needing repairs. The initial refund was promised around July 7th. Two months and numerous calls later and they just keep promising the refund will be processed in a few days.
