This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE with a company!!! If I could give them NO STARS, I would! What is crazy about all of this is the first time we used them, they were great. This company added fraudulent fees (thinking the insurance was going to cover) to my bill, tore up my walls (they did not want to go back to the office for the right equipment), and installed the second hot water heater incorrectly.
