Dr. Strippoli is fine, but booking an appt or dealing with a payment is a nightmare. Office staff and AI are terrible. Got a call last week that I needed to come in for 2nd colonoscopy, had one in 2024, call back and had to call multiple times and wait on hold, leaving a msg didn't get me a call back, and then I finally booked an appt. Only to be called back shortly thereafter telling me appt was cancelled because I owed money. And of course this person could not help me. Gave me the number to their office.
