They treated me well for my first time in a very long time.
Not a welcoming receptionist at all. She basically stared at her computer with no eye contact. Not a smile, I felt as though I was a burden to her. As a small business owner, I was in shock, first impressions are everything, and without a friendly greeting and smile, people will not return to do future business if they are tarnished from the start.
I’ve been going to Stripped Wax Bar for over 5–6 years now, and let me just say—this place is the *holy grail* of waxing. If you’ve ever braved a Brazilian, you *know* it can be a little... awkward. They randomly cancelled my appointment and when I called to inquire as to why no one picked up If you don’t want my business I will (and did) take it elsewhere
