amazing company!!!! Ed is awesome!
We stayed at their property in Santa Ana. The heater wasn't working, and while they did eventually provide space heaters, we were one chilly night without heat. We requested a ten percent compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort, but they declined. We would not stay at their properties again.
