Crazy pricing, $83 dollars for alternations to a blues jacket and stripes. In addition employees not very nice Everytime I have came to get help. I have spoken to many different people who go to them and say the same thing.
Do not go here. Avoid at all cost. Charged me $75 to put rank on 4 flight suits. She started tallying up random items that I hadn’t asked for. Taking tabs off, then re sewing them back together when it ripped, etc etc. I had her tally up everything because it was all scribbles on a sheet. Each time she did, it came to a different amount. Finally fed up, I gave up and paid a ridiculous amount. Do whatever possible to not go here. So, I went into the store at approximately 10 minutes after opening. The manager was already busy before I even asked for help, and I asked her, “How long would it take to sew on my skill identifier tab? If you are too busy, I can always come back at a later time,” and she said didn’t say anything, she just took my OCP top and went into the back to start sewing. They re the best place in Anchorage and cheapest for sewing on stripes
Affordable prices BUT they ruined $500 worth of gear (pants) that needed to be adjusted in length. Made all 5 pairs way to short to where when I walk they raise like i am wearing high waters. Utterly disappointed. Would not recommend this place besides them doing medial task.
