Great experience!!! Mrs. Geraldine at the front was so nice and all the nurses were efficient and sweet. The doctor was informative and knowledgeable and took time with us we were in and out in about a hour and a half. I hate that they will close the ER down to go to RMC. It was clean and nice

I had a wonderful experience with caring staff. couldn’t be more thankful.
RMC Stringfellow Memorial Hospital has got to be the worst hospital I have ever been to. We were there over 12 hours and could hardly get any help or strait answer from anyone. Logan's monitor plugs got disconnected and the alarms were going off for hours and not one nurse came in to check on it I finally had to reconnect it so it would stop alarming. I ask twice for help to get up to go to bathroom Marcus n I finally had to help him up to go they never came. Was told he had a room at RMC then he didn't and thy wouldn't tran... read more
Inattentive staff. Physician (Vazquez) saw me for 45 seconds out of the 7hrs I was there, did not take into account any of the complaints when forming a diagnosis. Wrote me a medication that I was not even supposed to take. Didn’t even have a single blanket or pillow in the entire ER! Even the end, nobody discussed or asked me anything, they even called in a medication to the pharmacy that I did not need or want (because I already had plenty at home) and was to treat a symptom that I didn’t even have!!!
