Dishonest Thieves These people are thieves. Laura Bell charged me $100.00 for a background check for an apartment. I made her cross out the "pre-rental" contract that stated "forfeiture of security deposit ($1425) if decline signing lease after approval" with lease contract unseen at this point. Then! I was approved and was told i have to pay $150.00 for associations background check. This is ridiculous! Extremely Satisified I am currently renting with Stringer Management. Any person I have spoken with at the company has been very professional and courteous. Service technicians have been reliable and professional as well. I had a problem with the A/C last summer. They let me deduct money from the rent until the problem was solved. Tanya is amazing. She even called me while she was vacation to follow up on a situation. Highly recommend!!.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Don't use them as your property management company, and do NOT rent property through them. I am an attorney and will be filing a law suit. They arbitrarily keep your security deposit and make up items that need to be repaired. You will be charged ridiculous fees for items in disrepair in the home PRIOR to you taking occupancy. The carpet was not cleaned when we moved in and the yard was full of garbage, overgrown weeds, grass and shrubbery. WE CLEANED IT UP and were then charged a lawn maintenance fee ... read more
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! STAY AWAY from them, poor services, poor management... nerver call you back, nerver give you updates, they charge you big money even don't tell you, unprofessional, unresponsible, cannot list enough. Nightmare with DS! They are worst agents that I have ever seen.
I rented a condominium through Stringer management 5/1/2012 to 5/1/2013 and dealt with a Dee in the beginning because Tanya was sooo busy with her baby. I never called the office or was late on rent. When it came time to renew my lease the owner of the condominium called me directly to say there wouldn't be an increase but Stringer management added $50 monthly. Should have listened to the other bad review Horribly run company I should have listened to other review where they warned me they would take my money and do nothing with it! So dissappointed in my experience with this company especially Tonya. Please learn from my experience and do not use them.
Stay away from Stringer! They take your money and do nothing, they don't notify you when your rent is late, you have to notify them. They don't tell you when some repair needs to be made, they go ahead and hire scumbags and you pay the bill. You get no decent service. This management company has terrible management, they are incompetent , especially the owner, Marge. They promise a lot, but cannot follow through. Stay away, they will make your life miserable.
Stay away from this horrible Property Management Company. They don't manage property, they just take your money and ignore your property. Management is incompetent and lazy. They promise everything but do not follow through. Don't trust your property with them!!! You will be hiring a lawyer.
