The best.... period... I wouldn't trust my guitars with anyone else.....
My wife and I have 11 dulcimers. One of them is our prized possession. A beautiful walnut dulcimer with outstanding tone, unlike any other. It needed some work done on a spot on the top/side joint. We wouldn't take it to just anyone. Thom did awesome repair work and it is better than ever. The Spector NS4 Euro is gonna have to make a trip someday soon ! Don't take your baby anywhere else !
Thom is the man! He does a great job and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary work you do not need! Top Notch!!
I've know Thom since the early 80's.We played in bands together.His attention to detail and perfecting his ability and tone as a Lead Gtr. player were unsurpassed in our area. This kind of dedication has carried over into his Luthier abilities at String Theory. Thom will not be happy,or let the instrument leave his shop,until it is the best it can possibly be.That's just Thom,I've known his for years!!!
Thom has always been fantastic to work with and is beyond reasonable. Not to mention Thom gives customer service that goes above and beyond every single time.
