Very poor customer service.
It's not perfect but there's local support for repairs beyond warranty. It's not made for the slopes of Baja but grips my 2 acres just fine with minor hills. Seat is missing 2 bolts but otherwise a good machine. I'm on my 3rd season with only 40 hours. It slipped an drive belt once and they fixed it. 42" with improved frame. Update, only the one repair needed during warranty. I've got less than 100 hours on her and she finally is showing signs of needing a tune up. An annoying file line is my only complaint. Worth the money.
