I would not trust them. I thought I could from them being in the first home owners buying class. I thought wrong. They will take no responsibility for anything and write it basically into their clauses you sign so you cannot make any claims. It's very predatory. Honestly disappointed because they did do a good job on my friends house. I suppose it is who you get for an inspector. Overall, I just would avoid them. He explained everything in terms that were easy to understand and took the time to answer all our questions and entertained our "what-if" scenarios with patience. We received a detailed report within hours, including plenty of pictures and videos highlighting his findings. Highly recommend Brian and Striler Home Inspections!
