They did not get back to me after I placed an order with them over the phone. When I called back several weeks later, they told me my order had been misplaced. They apologized, but could not explain what happened. They assured me that my order would be ready soon. I made sure they had my contact information and order details. Another two weeks went by with no response, so I cancelled my order.In short, the people running this business seem totally incompetent.
Amazing service and shirts. I needed 2 shirts embroiderd for my business and the results were great, including some good ideas from Sandy (and kept me from doing something unfaltering :-). Im thrilled they were able to work with the low quantity (most places wont), and the quality and pricing were surprisingly affordable.Ive now had them print a number of t-shirts for the dance studio Im in and amazed at the flexibility and how quickly theyve been able to come through.Thanks Sandy & Ty for the great work!
Great Experience!! I needed a new shirt for an OBA tournament and ordered it online 5 days before. They went the extra mile to make sure it was ready for me. The quality of work is outstanding. I discovered them by word of mouth. They were the only ones recomended by all the bowlers I talked to. I would highly recomend them.
This mom and pop business in our opinion is not what it seems. At first, we were treated very nicely. Yes, this, yes, that. We can do this for you, we can do that...etc. Then we were meeted with delays, lack of responses to our emails and other situations.After going to the business two times (which is partly in the garage and the other part in the dining room and living rooms) they did not understand our logo, even though it was provided to them on a .pdf file.
