I had an issue with a pair of shoes that the rubber started to peel at the toe. I contacted the company and was connected with Shaun. He asked for some basic information and told me another pair of shoes were mailed. I received them today and they are an upgrade. A+ Customer Service
Had a break on a pair of tpc shoes that couldn’t be fixed… took the shoes directly to kr and they replaced them, no questions asked. Probably the best costumer service I have ever experienced. Won’t buy shoes from anyone else. They are also the most comfortable and high performing bowling shoes I have ever owned. Thanks kr! And thank you Sean!!!
