My experience at Strike Recovery and Performance was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. During my visit, I witnessed a woman in the open treatment area screaming in pain during her therapy session, which was quite distressing. What made it worse is that there are no properly enclosed or private rooms for women. The treatment area is visible from outside, and people walking on the street can see inside. The people that work there are so friendly and welcoming ali is very good at what he does and figuring out the best way to fix you and teach you the best way to continue fixing your self I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Hands down the best one-stop shop clinic in the lower mainland! I use their chiropractor, physiotherapy, and RMT services and love the consistency between practitioners. I never worry if I see a different chiropractor, physio or RMT, each time I go in for treatment. They all have similar approach to treatment and share patient notes so you never have to repeat yourself every visit. The team is super nice and respectful. The vibe in the clinic is great!
