My experience with Strike Force on Broadway has been successful. I needed my Ranger to be ready for my inspection and they did what was necessary to get it there. They are nice and helpful. Since I'm old all prices have gone up. If my Ranger is running that is what's important. I'm not a mechanic so I can not make a judgement and save for the next work on the list. Love love love all the people working here! My son and I were on a road trip from Kansas to NC. We blew out a CV joint in St. Louis. It was 430pm. Worried we were not going to be able to get into a shop that day. We just happened to stumble upon Strike Force. Not only were they very welcoming and hospitable. They ordered the parts and got the job done in about 4 hours and got us back in the road! I couldn’t recommend this business more! Thank you so much!!
Highly dissatisfied I feel robbed scammed n belittled out of my money as if they discriminate against those with disabilities I asked for refund as the initial reason it was brought there was not fixed and he knew he could not fix it so instead of being honest he goes and make you do a diagnostic that you do not need so he can have you pay him to fix something else this place needs and will be shut down for this inconvenience I am contacting social security the BBB the attorney general the prices are outrageous this business... read more
