I went to their bowling alley tonight and bowled literally one frame. Their machine scratched up my personal ball the lane kept reracking the pins after the first throw and when I told them of this they told me they don't give any refunds and their sign says they aren't responsible for personal property damage. I wasn't looking for them to fix my ball but I was hoping they would fix the lane.
