Polite efficient staff and they sent me a link to fill out my paperwork beforehand so no annoying clipboard. They even accepted my insurance with no fuss.
One of the ladies that answers phone(Hispanic one) was very rude when I called helping my mother get through all the prompts to get an appointment. She said I couldn't call because of HIPPA rules. Which I understand. And when I told her she was with me and I could hand her the phone she said it doesnt work that way.... so how does my she make an appointment... I give the phone to my mom telling her idk how to help her then and she hung up on us. Very unprofessional.
