Such an amazing atmosphere! Love the studio, love the spin classes, and love the community!
Alaina is a wonderful coach and teaches a really challenging but fun pilates/sculpt class with great music. I wish that she was on the schedule more, especially in the mornings as I find her very authentic and encouraging. She sticks to true pilates/mat sculpt principles, uses props very effectively, and always changes class up.
Love the coaches, atmosphere, and the variety of classes!
