NO LONGER OPEN. Quietly closed in October 2025. I enjoyed Stride when it focused on running-based workouts with feedback on form and breathing techniques. After a management change and moving away from purely running, it just wasn't the same. It's gone now.
the most amazing classes i have ever taken.. with the most amazing instructor Maura to exist. I have never looked forward to work out classes like i do with this place. never a full class so super comfortable. half cardio (on the treadmills either powerwalking or running) then switch over to strength training.
Absolutely wonderful! Best gym I’ve been to. Super friendly staff and caring coaches. Glad to find a great workout community in Nashville. Fair pricing and easy parking too.
Best cardio interval training!! I’m not training for a marathon just for longevity and quality of life. stride has taken minutes off my hilly walks around my neighborhood. Thanks Maura and Christina!!
