STRIDE Carmel Mountain has been such a fun experience. I’ve been a member since they opened. I am stronger today than I was when I started. I still enjoy all the different class formats and the welcoming community. The classes are a mix of strength and treadmill. Each workout is different and targets different parts of the body so you won’t get bored doing the same workout over and over.
